I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Peter. Working with him has really changed my life. Not only was I able to reach my goal weight (which was five pounds lighter than before I got pregnant), in just five months of working together, and 11 months post-baby. Like I’ve been saying for a few weeks now, I have more energy and focus than ever before, and I have the tools I need to continue feeling this good far into the future.
This program lets you get back in touch with who you are as a woman post-baby. It’s really hard because your body changes into something unrecognizable. So many of us measure our worth by what our bodies look like. This program is a way to reclaim a new and improved version of ourselves.
It’s not a prescription in order to get to look like some fitness expert. It’s about developing the tactics we can use for life to be able to fully enjoy being moms and wives and employees/bosses, etc. it’s about doing something for ourselves and doing something for our families at the same time. In the time I’ve worked with Peter, I’ve developed a new understanding of healthy fats that my body needs. Using the macro ratios he recommends supports weight loss. He also taught me the proper warm up techniques with a foam roller, and ways to modify HIIT activities according to my ability. I am confident that I can continue on this healthy journey as a result of his coaching.
Just a quick note to let you know that my wife and I greatly appreciate your helpfulness and attitude during our exercise sessions, showing us how to exercise but not being forceful or pushy.
