I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Peter. Working with him has really changed my life. Not only was I able to reach my goal weight (which was five pounds lighter than before I got pregnant), in just five months of working together, and 11 months post-baby. Like I’ve been saying for a few weeks now, I have more energy and focus than ever before, and I have the tools I need to continue feeling this good far into the future.
This program lets you get back in touch with who you are as a woman post-baby. It’s really hard because your body changes into something unrecognizable. So many of us measure our worth by what our bodies look like. This program is a way to reclaim a new and improved version of ourselves.
It’s not a prescription in order to get to look like some fitness expert. It’s about developing the tactics we can use for life to be able to fully enjoy being moms and wives and employees/bosses, etc. it’s about doing something for ourselves and doing something for our families at the same time. I’m going to be training with Peter to get to my toning goals now, so hopefully he’ll let me check back in with you from time to time!
